Shipping
- We deliver across Pakistan. Orders are handmade fresh, then dispatched.
- Orders are packed and shipped within 1 to 2 working days.
- Delivery usually takes 2 to 4 working days once dispatched.
- You get a tracking update on your registered email as soon as your parcel is on the way.

Free delivery over Rs. 1,800 applies to standard orders only. Corporate and bulk orders are quoted individually — charges depend on the size and weight of your order, and we confirm them with your quote.
Returns & feedback
- We do offer returns if your order isn’t received in the right condition.
- Just message us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
- Taste is subjective, but if you share genuine feedback that helps us improve, we won’t hesitate to make a refund. That honesty has helped us grow.
