Shipping
- We deliver across Pakistan. Orders are handmade fresh, then dispatched.
- Orders are packed and shipped within 1 to 2 working days.
- Delivery usually takes 3 to 5 working days once dispatched.
- You get a tracking update on your registered email as soon as your parcel is on the way.

Free delivery over Rs. 2,500 applies to standard orders only. Corporate and bulk orders are quoted individually, and charges depend on the size and weight of your order, and we confirm them with your quote.
Returns & feedback
- We do offer returns. If your concern is genuine, we are here, whether your order arrived in the wrong condition or simply wasn’t right for you.
- Just message us within 3 working days of delivery, even if you’ve opened the box, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
- Taste is subjective, but if you share genuine feedback that helps us improve, we won’t hesitate to make a refund. That honesty has helped us grow.
- Need to change or cancel an order? Reach us before it’s dispatched and we’ll sort it out.
