Our promise

The Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) said: "Whoever cancels a sale with a Muslim who regrets it, Allah will forgive his slips on the Day of Resurrection." (Sunan Abi Dawud 3460)

We believe in this. So if you regret your order, we will take it back.

Didn't like it? We'll take it back. Even if you've opened the box, eaten some of it, or simply didn't enjoy the taste, message us within 3 working days of delivery and we will refund you. Please tell us what you didn't like: we read every message and use it to make Date Pop better.

Damaged, melted, wrong or missing items. Send us a photo on WhatsApp and we will replace it or refund you.

Changed your mind before delivery? Tell us before your order is dispatched and we will cancel it.

How refunds are paid. Refunds are sent by bank transfer.
