Does seed cycling actually work?
Seed cycling is a gentle, food-first wellness ritual, think of it as topping up the nutrients (lignans, zinc, vitamin E, omega-3s) your body naturally uses across your cycle. The seeds are genuinely nutritious, and many people love the routine. It's a food, not a medicine, so we keep the promises honest.
Which seeds do I eat when?
Phase 1 (days 1 to 14, from your period to ovulation): 1 tbsp flax + 1 tbsp pumpkin daily. Phase 2 (days 15 to 28, from ovulation to your next period): 1 tbsp sesame + 1 tbsp sunflower daily. If your cycle isn't 28 days, switch at ovulation (roughly the midpoint).
Should I buy the kit or single jars?
The kit is the easiest and best value, all four seeds plus the guide, journal and free spearmint tea, cheaper than buying jars separately. Single jars are perfect for topping up one seed you've run out of.
How should I eat them?
About 1 tablespoon of each seed a day. Ground seeds absorb best, stir them into yogurt, smoothies, oats or a bowl of Granola Pop. Keep cool and sealed; try not to bake them so the delicate oils stay intact.
What if my periods are irregular?
You can still seed cycle, many people follow the moon instead: Phase 1 seeds from the new moon for two weeks, Phase 2 seeds from the full moon. If you're pregnant, breastfeeding, or managing a hormone condition, please check with your doctor first.
